Flail mulching, the new technology in grass control
We decided on flail mulching for many reasons and here is why we feel it is a better alternative to slashing.
No projectiles are ejected from the flail, making it much safer than a slasher, or rotary mower.
Flail mulching gives a far superior cut compared to a slasher, and in most instances it is comparable or better than a finishing mower.
It distributes clippings evenly so no raking is required, no windrows and no unsightly clumps.
It mulches the long grass to a much finer end product.
It is quite capable of cutting down 3m high gamba grass and leaving a good finish.
